The registry is a public projection of the release evidence. It identifies what Highground can support now; it does not promise universal hero coverage, permanent availability, or a hand-authored guide.

Highground exposes a hero, role, patch, and cohort only after its replay collection, constants, artifact validation, and publication freshness have passed their gates. Unsupported or stale scope is not sold as paid coverage.

Checkout stays closed unless the server has accepted the exact published coverage scope and the account is eligible. A landing page cannot grant access, infer entitlement, or activate a recommendation.
